I Have Never Been Arrested

well can be up in the air on this one I was arrested but a court judge later ruled that my arrest was unlawful so does it still count?

Can't change the fact that you were arrested. Being ruled unlawful also doesn't mean you're not guilty. People will draw their own conclusions. Don't know Canadian criminal law but here in the US you can get an arrest record expunged or sealed in most states. This is important so future employers and GFs don't see it. Also check if your mugshot is online where it will remain even if sealed. Those sites have a way to request that they remove your pic and name but they rarely do. Might need to see a lawyer.
