Idk the laws in cananda, nor do I know anything about what happened.
But if you were put in handcuffs and taking to the police office, you have been arrested. It doesn't go on records that count for anything. It doesnt mean you are charged... but it means uve been arrested... it happened.
For someone on parole, even if that arresr gets ruled unlawful, it can count as violating the terms of parole.
