Doing rehab is crucial if you want good results. My wife has a hip replacement and I have a knee replacement. I saw several people refuse to do some of the rehab, and they never fully recovered. Do the rehab and you will be amazed at the results.

no, but in need of a double shoulder replacement.. best of luck on healing.
