How many sorrows

do you try to hide?
OKWTF251-55, M Best Comment
for me things don't get easier, you just get use to the pain and move on. Isn't like the sun is not going to rise and much of it you really have no control of to change. Still will get to you from time to time, a song, a smell, just a stray thought. Try not to ignore it, but still won't let it rule my day or my life.

I don't hide them, I set them free

@Dreammmer: It's not for the sake of being cool- but for the personal sense of being forgotten- I have suffered in the past by being open about certain situations and - all I said was somehow used against me- so in this sense silence is a strength that can weaken but...overall strength from within

@ForNever: Yes, that makes sense. There are different reasons why people remain silent. But I would prefer to say that silence is a protection, not a strength in itself. You are not stronger when you keep your sorrows and fears and whatever else inside you. I hope you find true friends who will not turn that against you what you share. Im sorry that you had to make that experience.

More than one and I expect it is the same with most people. Not hiding though. But the situations to talk about them are rare, very rare.
