Pizza; pulled pork re-heated in the microwave, with a tiny bit of water, and made into a hot sandwich with mayo and cheese. Lasagna; California mac and cheese; whole roasted chicken.

Curry is usually better if it's been sitting in the fridge for a few days.

any type of casserole. marries more deeply with time!

Leftover chicken makes a good sandwich.
