I usually just ignore whatever made me mad and get quiet.. I can't speak whrn I'm upset. If I'm mad enough, I'll cry.

@boklenholley7 Do you find that immediately ignoring what made you mad affects you later?
boklenholley7 · F
@Syktur no. It helps me. I have a bad temper. I'm quick to anger even if I know it's not a big deal.

Sit down and actually think the situation through. Why am I mad? Why did I let this make me angry? How can I handle this in a civilized manner? Should I remove myself? Am I hungry? Do I need a nap?
Syktur · 26-30, M
@LireaSemaji smart. Self-analyzing is a really good idea when you feel like you’re losing control.
Slam things, go quiet, laugh, rant, isolate, take it out on others or myself. It depends on what I’m angry about and who I’m angry with

@Freudianslip13 I can relate to the laughing thing haha. My friends hate that, they say it’s creepy.
I feel like a psycho but I get so mad I don’t know how else to react lol@Syktur

I always try to opt for a calm way of handling the situation.
MorbidCynic · F
It really depends on the situation but I have a tendency to be a screamer.

@MorbidCynic I only start screaming if I started angry and ended drunk. Drinking exacerbates my anger big time.

Mad quiet. When I’m mad I keep it to my self
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
The mood I’m in determines how I react. I’m either quiet or a total bitch.
Sapio · 46-50, M
I close myself off from the world.
