How do you deal when you’re pissed off?

Tell me. Do you get mad loud? Mad quiet? Do you scream? Do you isolate yourself so you can calm down? Do you take it out on others or yourself? How someone handles themselves angry can say a lot about them.

I usually just ignore whatever made me mad and get quiet.. I can't speak whrn I'm upset. If I'm mad enough, I'll cry.

@Syktur no. It helps me. I have a bad temper. I'm quick to anger even if I know it's not a big deal.

Sit down and actually think the situation through. Why am I mad? Why did I let this make me angry? How can I handle this in a civilized manner? Should I remove myself? Am I hungry? Do I need a nap?
