If you were hiring for your business and you saw "maker of widows" listed as a skill on a resume of a potential employee, what would you make of that?

Well, I once saw on an ex-cop's CV, "commanding sieges". I had to meet this guy and got him in for an interview. You could have knocked him over with a feather, he was clearly a refugee from policing, and someone in my office told me he was a suicide attempt survivor.

Well you need to hire for a broad skill base....
