Probably is, unless your a very frequent traveller. Going overseas adds to that, I guess. A check list might help. Current in date Passport, tickets, credit card...spare panties....good to go.

Yes, you can plan and plan the vacation... then only hope it goes as planned. That will cause anxious, at least it does for me. Traveling can have surprises along on the road too.

I don't know about "normal," but I'm always anxious before leaving home for vacation or any other trip.

@goagainsttheflow I don't really feel uncomfortable about anything. But I've been feeling sick to my stomach with anxiety all day. I leave tomorrow.
