@PrivateHell They usually get destructive and violent and thats what im trying to prevent , luckily what their upset about has nothing to do with me

@Veiled as someone with a very violent and destructive temper myself, believe me when I tell you that you cannot fix the situation. Giving them space is the best you can do for them.

In the immediate.....walk away and give them time. In the long range....perhaps some counseling or something to discover the reason for reacting to that kind of an extreme. There has to be a root cause for that severe of a response
