What should there be in a perfect city?

Good outdoor seating for gastropubs extensive car free zones, good underground public transportation with friendly carparks outside the city, lots of green (such as parks, gardens, roadside trees), efficient bicycle lanes and strategic public toilets

Fewer people, less traffic, and more privacy.

Aside from me?? I don't know!
