Why is plastic surgery/ augmentations/ lipjob nose job considered as wrong ?

No i am not saying #mybodymychoice ..i am just saying that the standards of beauty is so high and admit it that they are given much more privelege in terms of opportunies in personal and professional life , and in day to day life ..they dont have to suffer teasings .
Now i would never change anything of my body , not that i am not conscious of or proud of it but my priorities are different .but people who are into showbiz must not be shamed for it .
They really shouldnt be .

I personally don't think it is wrong....but for pure vanity purposes I think it is ridiculous and even stupid. There are legitimate reasons for someone to consider these things that I find highly understandable. A woman who needs a breast reduction or wants an enlargement or reconstruction to look and feel more normal, someone who has a natural deformity or damage from an accident/trauma...just to give examples. Plastic surgery is too easily botched and once damage is done, it's too hard or even impossible to fix. These things have gotten too frivolous these days, insurances won't cover it because of that (it mostly being cosmetic) so that is hard on people who really need such procedures.

I proudly admit to having lip injections. Granted they're deflated and messed up now but there's nothing wrong with getting work done

I say plastic surgery should be given to those who [c=#BF0000]desperately[/c] need it.
Such as deformity, burnt victims and etc.

These superstars who constantly have plastic surgery because they have so much money to burn are giving the WRONG impression to the youth and those who admire them.

@beastmaster they dont have money to burn but their job demands it for ..we have typical beauty standards like generally all men love women who are well endowed in breast and butt department which is not all woman naturally have ..the constant pressure to look good and FEMININE forces them for that .

@HoraceGreenley thats a plastic sugery gone wrong ..look at kaley cuoco ..she is successful largely due to the big bang theory ..had she not been so beautiful( nose job)and with such great body ( breast enlargement) ..she wouldnt have been able to bag that role because tbbt needed a blonde bimbo for the show and need of script ..so in a way plastic surgery built her career .
