do u trust movie reviews from imdb or rottentomatoes more?

Lol - on my remote right below the lil triangle that makes the movie 'play' on my tv is a lil square that makes it 'stop.' ;)

@hlpflwthat maybe that's my problem. i always see a movie through to the end hoping there's some redeeming quality.

@SW-User Good point with some merit. More than once I've wandered away during a flick and the rest of em tell me next day I missed a good show.

Yes, but at times we need to be open to surprises too. I did it with movie suggestions for Valentine's and got some suggestions. I watched trailers of the movies while having the words told to me about it in the back of my head while doing so.

@Indy74 i find the opposite true usually. like the low rates ones i agree with mostly, but some of the high rated ones are crap.

@ProdigalSummer i don't really. but seeing a general consensus gives me a better idea of how much i'd like a movie.
