What do you do?

You wake up in the middle of the night. Your husband isn't in bed beside you. You get up and go into the kitchen, where you see him sitting at the table. He's eating something, and at first, you think it's a bowl of cereal, but it's a bowl of gravel from the driveway.

He holds out a spoon to you and smiles big. The gravel has cut up the inside of his mouth. His teeth are bloody and blood is starting to ooze over his lips.

"Want a bite?"
