Should history be taught more or less in schools?

Why?

Yeah.... because one day the lightbulb will turn on and we might stop repeating the mistakes of the past
More, definitely.
Those who don't know their history are bound to repeat it.

In the Western world, schools seem more akin to prisons where the inmates learn the worst social behaviors from each other than places where they cherish learning. Whatever education is taking place in schools, it's inefficient as hell. I'm wondering if kids can get a world class education purely through internet resources, and get their social experience through hobby groups etc

Less. Schools don't really teach history, they teach an approved narrative designed to look like history. History should be studied more.

More. If you don't know your history, you don't fully understand your present or your potential future.

History should be taught in schools. But, it needs to be taught accurately!!

Whose history? Real history or the politically correct revisionist history
