I was watching this video on YouTube. I was wondering what is a free inhabitant. This lady friend or boyfriend. I don't know what he is to her. But they got pulled over. He was arrested for not having a driver's license. The car was going to be taken. The officer wanted her out. But she was arguing with him. Telling him she was a free inhabitant and she didn't have to follow the law. It went on for like 5 mins. Finally she was also arrested. Kicking and screaming who knows what else. I wonder if any of u heard what happen with this

It doesn't work. They are people who say that laws don't apply to them. Once in a while a judge will do a detailed decision setting out exactly where these people are wrong.

I think its the idea you can live in this country, not follow regulations but not break laws and you will be fine. BUT here is the catch, that is fine and all but when you're using City or country roads you need to have these things.
