You can’t

Create another profile . If you are able to access 'x' number of profiles with the new one and only 'x-y' profiles with the old one then those 'y' profiles had blocked you. Note them and report to SW.

Check on posts, if you saw 'Message was deleted' as reply then that means you were blocked by the replier

Open up the back panel of your unit and where the coil is that extends to the outflow pipe... you see it? That's where you can see any blockage. You will need a flashlight.
