Feeling blah is our body’s way of communicating a much-needed need. The next step is to be patient, blah feelings is also linked to an iron deficiency or oxygen deprivation.

I exercise it-with motivational videos or a good playlist to listen to, sleep it off, write/journal it out or connect with a friend.
