How do you get over feeling like - blah

I'm trying to find something that interest me, and it just seems like nothing is working this evening, not sports, not cars, not nothing...

I just feel like blah nothing 😒😔 how do I get over it?

I exercise it-with motivational videos or a good playlist to listen to, sleep it off, write/journal it out or connect with a friend.
