Does anyone know how I can resolve an issue with Amazon Prime?

[c=#800000]I have text chatted with them, I have called them three or four times and I have written to them several times. They keep telling me there is a problem with my debit card. However, just the other night I rented and streamed a movie without an issue. Then, a day or to later they rejected my Prime enrollment for the fourth or fifth time. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 1/2 weeks. I have no idea what to do. [/c]
This is common. First try deleting the card and re-entering it.

I have issues with the App Store. They won't let me download free stuff if my card doesn't have enough to cover whatever they think I'm buying. Once I have whatever they consider sufficient available funds, I can download free stuff again.
@ProfessorPlum77 Do you have the mobile app downloaded?
If you do, click on 'your account', upper left after signing in, scroll down to Amazon Wallet until you see "Manage paymrnt options'.

Click, and you'll see the cards you have on file. Click delete on the relevant one. Exit the app, close it, reopen it, follow the same path, but this time add the card. (I don't even know if you have to close and reopen, but that's what I did.)@Mamapolo2016

@Mamapolo2016 OK. I will try it. Thank you.

[c=#800000]I think I finally isolated the problem. My card holder answered my question. Amazon was never able to tell me why I was having an issue. [/c]
@ProfessorPlum77 Makes sense.

@Mamapolo2016 Why didn't they tell me, though. I got so tired of calling them.
@ProfessorPlum77 No idea. We live in a world where the people who know why are in a different room than the people paid to tell us why.

Call the bank. Their fraud protection systems might be flagging the transaction for whatever reason.

@Sicarium Thank you.
