So lets say u smoked some weed not knowing it was laced and than sometime shortly after got stopped by the police and drug tested for whatever reason.

And they found whatever drug in your system and tried charging you with a felony for it. Do you think you would have a chance fighting it if you told them that you didn't know that the weed was laced until after you smoked it? They could still charge you for the weed of course but that's only a misdemeanor

It didn't happen to me luckily. I was just curious about if that's ever happened to anyone. That would really suck thou to catch a felony jus from smoking some weed that was laced. You could probably beat it like that thou if you had a good lawyer. Plus arresting someone just for having drugs in their system is really fucked up in my opinion. Whoever came up with that policy certainly has a stick in their ass and/or is super greedy since the main reason they did it is to just to make more money off people who either just want to have a good time or have a problem and can't get clean.:( might as well start locking up cigarette smokers and coffee drinkers too since they're technically drug addicts too

@NeuroticByNature what if you were being honest and really didnt know it was in there? I would at least try n fight it if it happened to me. That would be some super shitty luck thou:/ lol to both unexpectedly smoke some laced weed and than to be stopped by the police shortly after and forced to take a ua lol bet it's happened before thou. Another reason to legalize weed thou, if you get it from a store ya know it wont be laced.
