what’s something that you’ve always wondered about?

ive always wondered about religions and how they got started
How did those creatures who first experienced life upon this planet feel?

What do the largest trees in the forests think? How about those redwoods in California too?

Do bugs cry when you step upon them? Do they holler?

Does fire sing? Do arsonists hear its song?

What does the water say to the ships when it touches them?

What do animals think when they are abused by mankind? How about endangered species? Do they know of their quandry?

What do people actually do in heaven? My mom was a farmer. Is she farming? Do our relatives or dead friends all gather together to talk about how we are doing-their loved ones on earth?

I wonder about many things all the time.

I've always wondered why the people who run the religions try to ruin the faith with their arrogance.

@LadyGrace Unfortunately, it opens the door to spiting those who follow alternative paths. That's why the three Abrahamic religions have such a bloody relationship.
@VeronicaPrincess Yes, some do. I say to each his/her own, even though I have my own beliefs. We are to love everyone. Unfortunately, some don’t practice that.

@LadyGrace I wholeheartedly agree with you on that!

Spurned from man's curiosity and need for knowledge. Knowledge is power, unfortunately an off shoot was making shit up when no one knew to gain power through lies and deceit. The lies continue today!

I've always wondered hiw tge bow and arrow became so globally used in pre-history. Was the technole carried through ancient migration, or was it learned individually in different areas?

What was the cause for early humans to spread around the planet?
@MarkPaul There weren’t many humans around during Adam and Eve’s day. All I know is that when the Lord told them to go forth, they did as they were told. Since there were so few people, I understand God permitted brothers and sisters and cousins to mate, but just for a certain time. I’ll have to do more study on why they went certain places.
@LadyGrace I’ve always wondered how we got the different races, since Adam and Eve were just one race. Haha Strange.
@MarkPaul Ah!! Without much sleep last night, I forgot about the Tower of Babel. Genesis 11 describes a time when humans rebelled against God by settling at Babel and refusing to spread out in the world. Because of this, God confused their language, (thus the different languages) and groups of people separated and moved away from one another.

As a consequence of Babel, the people groups could not easily mix. They became genetically isolated, meaning that they married and had offspring primarily within their particular group. As the years passed, each group developed its own culture and ways of doing things. Genetically isolated, certain physical traits became more prominent in each group.

Why more money / materials matters so-much to people who aren't desperately in need of either.

Will the human mind ever fully understand the breadth and scope of the universe? That is what I wonder.
