Yes, I think the "fire in a theater" limitation is common sense, for example. As for offensive or hate speech, I think that that should be legal. But everyone has to understand that it goes both ways. For example, one may be free to call gay people unnatural, immoral, or disgusting or whatever else. But that same person must accept that others may label them bigoted, intolerant, or hateful. Free speech advocates can't have their cake and eat it too.

No. But that doesn't that mean speech should be free of consequences. Just that you won't get into legal trouble for having an opinion and voicing it. Shouting fire in a crowded theatre when there is no fire means you should still be liable for injuries from an ensuing panic. Sprouting racist or homophobic slurs won't get you jail time but certainly makes you a valid target for public mockery and for people to decide not to do business with you.

Sensitivity where people try to get easily offended is not really sensitivity but looking to get attention. Causes more harm than good.
