Is it true that you won't gain weight no matter how many vegetables and fruits you eat?

SW-User Best Comment
Not true at all.
Fruits have a natural sugar and you have to eat it in limited amounts.
Some kinds of vegetables are starchy and have to be eaten in limited amounts.
Certain greens with high fiber, sure, you can eat in plenty.

If that's all you ate and they were plain... yes. Unless somehow you managed to shove down 3000 calories worth every day...I think you should try it and report back the findings. 🤔

That my not be true. Fruits and many vegetables contain a lot of natural sugars.

No it’s not true
You mean if all you eat are fruits and vegetables ? It still depends on your metabolism, the amounts you consume, and the amount of regular exercise you get. How you prepare them. And which fruits and vegetables. Potatoes and bananas, for example, are higher in calories.
