What do you think to the increasing in state backed additional gender identities?

It's a tough one because there are many people out there too stupid or lazy to do things properly and safely without laws being in place. I live in the uk and it annoys me when people smoke and then have the tax funded NHS treat them, or more specific to your examples, not wear a seatbelt and have the NHS pay for their injuries

You need laws. Anarchy won't work. From most Libertarian's point of view is that if you want to ride without a seat belt it's your choice. However, the second part is a moot issue. No suing. You accept the responsibility of your choice and live with the consequences.

@LucyRocks: I see so many people quite rightly disagree with it, so I don't understand how they are managing to change legislation? There are only two genders, I work in medicine, but you don't need to to understand common sense. To me, this is a new attack on free civilization, they are normalising the abnormal, and the most destructive forms of it to weaken the masses. In my opinion
