Depends on the interpretation of "how far".

In a literal sense, moving out of the country isn't really on the table.

If it is taken to mean making any significant changes to who I am, then... well, wouldn't go far there either. If she can't accept me for who I am, she ain't my dream girl.

I'd want to make a potential partner happy, so I'd try to do stuff for her, and it's natural to make a few compromises along the way, but within reasonable limits.
