Have you been surprised by discovering something in your significnat others past?

When my wife first opened up and told me about different things I admit I was a bit surprised by it, but it was never really in a bad way at all (just sometimes took a few moments to really grasp what I was hearing), and I feel sure it was the same with her hearing mine. We have had an open and honest relationship from the very start, that's how we wanted it. We wanted the other to fully know and understand us...no secrets, and we maintain that to this day.

It was a big shock 🤣

Bad but I accepted it.
Yet, old habits die hard.
