You are in a relationship, and have had sex previously...

This time, only one of you is feeling horny, the other says no. Is it still rape if the one continues with it, even though you two are in a relationship? Or not?

Are you serious? Fuck yes, it is sexual assault.
@BellaLocura Yes I am serious, because some do NOT think it is. I'm not asking because I do not know, I'm asking to see how many others do, or do not.

@StayGold I read a story recently of a guy whose girlfriend had sex with him in the morning even after he said no. Just because a dude has an erection, that does not mean “hop on for a ride”. She flat out raped him, although many people would not see that as rape (but in my opinion it is definitely).
@BellaLocura I definitely agree. I don't think a relationship means an automatic consent. People's bodies react to touch whether that touch is wanted or not. But like I said, not all feel that way, and I just wanted to see where others stand on such a topic.
