How can I not be clingy?

I practically stalk my boyfriend and make up scenarios in my head, convincing myself that he hates me and that he found a better girlfriend 😭
I am honestly surprised by this. I thought you were confident and, well, badass.

The answer below ‘find something to do’ is absolutely right. Get so busy being YOU that you haven’t got time or inclination to worry 24/7.

It’s tragic that once we find someone we care about, we worry more about losing than enjoying it while we’re winning.

Jealousy never never NEVER has a positive effect. Do you really want him in a stranglehold? Would he be who is, the guy you love, if he was as obedient as a pet dog? Jealousy eats at the one who’s jealous and quite often drives away the one she is jealous over.

Too often, the partner’s reaction is, ‘If I’m gonna have the name of cheater, why shouldn’t I play the game?’

Gain self confidence by working on your own life, pursuits and interests. Stop putting so much pressure on him, that’s what drives people away.

@LyricalOne this. You gotta be your own person. Occupy your head with your own thoughts. If he's cheating you can't stop him anyway.

Well, that's a bit silly. Might want to be stopping that then.

Rub a dryer sheet over your body if you are that clingy
@JarJarBoom why do people give me sarcastic answers on a serious question but serious answers on one that’s a joke? What’s wrong with you people?

@MorbidCynic I'm socially inept to giving good advice but that is the first thing that came into my mind when I read the question
