Weight-bearing exercise might help some. Astronauts lose bone mass when in orbit because of zero G. That's why a centrifuge or some type of mechanism will be required on long duration missions, like one to Mars. Do something that requires physical effort and eat the right foods.

Strenuous loading ( weight lifting ) and large amounts of supplements during the mid to late teens
@TexChik this will not make bones grow. Only muscles.

No..you can't naturally modify your bone structure as far as i know

Stretch it by putting inside a wet vac.
There is no way to enlarge bones.
