Is there ANYONE at all who knows EVERYTHING about you?

I can honestly say I have to hide (or I feel like I do) things from everyone. Not one person knows the whole truth about me - I am too certain I would be jailed, alone, and miserable if (for example) someone could read my thoughts or got a hold of a (nonexistent) diary with everything about myself in it.

I imagine most people hold back something from everyone - maybe it's just me.....i am interested to know
