How stop impatience behavior?

Lately, I always want everything in a hurry. I will feel irritated waiting for late package or mail.

And I will frustrated if the result didn't come as I expected.

What is happening to me? How do I stop this?

Tell yourself it doesn't matter, if your mail is late, it's not the end of the world 🙂 it's annoying sure but there's nothing you can do about it
