I Hate Myself

Oh stahp. Every person has value. Often when we get to feeling this way, it's cuz of other's failings to consider you and your feelings and needs. It's usually giving, caring ppl that get to feeling this way. I'd assume you are probably the peace-maker and advocate for friends and family. When ppl rely on you heavily, they tend to look to you as an anchor. They forget that your spirit needs nurturing too. Remind them. Take time for urself to decompress and relax. Yes, ppl care about you. Don't buy into that bullshit the voice in ur head is trying to sell you. 👌

So what? I am enough for myself. You can think like that too.
