While it's not likely, it's possible a President can be impeached, convicted, removed from office, [i]and be elected again.[/i]
The Constitution does not specifically prohibit it. If the impeachment goes to the Senate and the accused is convicted, the Senate has to rule that that President cannot seek the Presidency again.
