I’ve had men want to meet up quickly, especially during Covid. I’m also hesitant until I feel some kind of online connection first, & I need to feel comfortable.

I had that happen with a woman I met on here. Rushing things way to fast for me and pushing aside my feelings and concerns. Didn't care what I wanted or needed. She couldn't wait and now we don't talk. She blocked me and is the first and only person I've blocked on here.

What it comes down to, and I'm sure you know this, is that if someone can't understand your needs and wants, pushes for or tries to guilt you into something, they probably will do that all the time. Their only concern seems to be what they want and that don't work. Patience and understanding and respect of the other person are all very important things. Sorry you dealt with that.

My rule is avoid all online meet ups, but I'm old fashioned that way. But if you feel pressured walk away. Well done for standing your ground 🙂
