Tried to get a drink from the fridge, pulled the milk out to get to the tea and dropped the milk jug. Bent over to pick up the milk jug, went to put it back in the fridge and busted my head on the refrigerator door.
Sizeable goose egg and a headache to boot.

I do stupid shit like that all the time particularly on kitchen cabinet doors. I never played much football but will have brain issues from bumping my head so often.
