Have you ever had to sleep in your car?

It's going to be a long night, folks.

Often do if I'm travelling long distance.
I've learned that truck stops on the motorway are better than trying to settle in off street areas.
Just leave a note on the windscreen saying you've been on the road all day and you're moving on in a couple of hours.

Are you a truck driver? @Picklebobble2

@SW-User No. Just a peripatetic Social worker.

yes.. overnight long drive got me very tired and my chauffer had taken the express highway,,,so no disturbances.
SW-User
Yes. Sometimes when I was traveling and needed a quick rest. Once when there was a snowstorm and I couldn't see anything.

Sorry to hear it. I have and when the police catch you, they make you move after asking for ID and shit.
SW-User
Yes, for a few days between accommodation and it wasn't fun at all.
SW-User
No. But I think I could manage that.
Yeah. “Sleep” was an exaggeration

Yes. Back in my crazy band days, I did this crazy thing where I left my house in one state to play in another 2 hours away, then drove another 2 to my job and had a few hours with nothing to do, so I camped out in the back of my '85 Olds. I wouldn't do that today.
SubstantialKick · 31-35, M
@uncalled4 Wow, that sounds crazy.
