what if... [same question just a bit different]

you and I were trapped in a small room and that we are sitting at opposite ends of each other. what separates us is the table in front of us above it lays a small blade.

the announcer in the speaker tells that there is a key to get out of the that room, but it is implanted in either you or me, then later on the person on the speaker tells you that you don't have the key within you and it is within me in a very specific part of my body...

where do you think it will be and what would you do?

the speaker later tells of a clue "it is already exposed, you just have to slice it open"

What makes a body part very specific? How would i tell it apar from a regular specific or slightly specific one? :)
Also i would ask you to spit the key out or take it out of your ears (piercing ) if that fails we are most likely going to die since i only see two possibilities: 1. You are the person who set it all up, if i really try to cut you I will probably die. 2. You are not the person who set this up then they either want to watch us both die in amusing ways (for them) or they want me to kill you so they get away with murder.
If the part is exposed then that eliminates the torso, so it can only be in your neck head and arms, if it's not a piercing all i would have to do is Oki check your hands and neck maybe scalp too for recent stitching. All i would have to do is cut the stitches and remove the key, it shouldn't be hard to find unless you were in on the thing it should be a fresh wound.
I excluded the rest because you never said you are naked and i can't see your lower half because of the table.
