I am Welsh

I live in Wales. It's quite a small country. We were locked down in March. And my government has been slow to release us. Which is good. But a few places have had covid again. I am in college.

Caerphilly County is locked down that's where I live this looks like it's only the start Mertyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf look like they'll be locked down soon I forgot to mention Bridgend it seems to me that Covid-19 likes the colder weather unfortunately Britain is a cold climate country a Tepid Climate.
I live in Llanelli lock down. Now it’s Wales lock down. Keep talking on line. @senghenydd

@LilirWyddfa My reply to your post was on the 10th September I said it looks like only the start and here we are a Welsh Lockdown within hours I've been really inconvenienced I wasn't allowed to take my van to get it's annual MOT & Service at the Main Dealer for the particular make of vehicle it's outside Caerphilly County I had a new MOT in the nearby Tyre place and have been changing Engine Oil and filter Gearbox Oil and Differential Oil myself I would of preferred to take it to the proper garage where they can connect my van to their computer and run various checks to see if anything is working as it should be, a lot of people in the same position as myself will be breaking down on the side of the road we seem to be going backwards with these restrictions.
@senghenydd Good morning Senghenydd. Lovely to catch up even though it's taken lockdown to give us both time. Sorry about your problems with the van. It really throws everything don't it. We have half term next week but then college online although I shall still be in school on the Wednesday because school is not closing.

@LilirWyddfa These restrictions are slowing things down it's like walking two steps forward and one step back all the time I hope this Circuit Breaker Lockdown for Wales works and slows the outbreak down although I feel we're still living in the "Dark Ages" feeling around in the dark hoping but not knowing what to do. I have some work to do shortly which will give me some freedom from these restrictions due to work which will make my life easier.
@senghenydd I know. I see it like living through a war. War against the virus. The first few years are bleak. No good news from the front. The children in school feel the same. They have to sanitise their hands before entering any classroom and when they come in from play. Like my Mamgu and her gas mask!

As I've said before we have some of our best brains working on this problem the death toll is rising again with the weather getting colder the funny side of this is I haven't caught a cold or flu this social distancing does stop colds and flu I usually by this time of the year have had the flu and a cold so there's something to be learnt but I must say this nasty business started in China nine/ten months ago and we still haven't yet got a vaccine and that for me is the bottom line I can't help thinking we should have had this nailed by now and we haven't.
