I Am Welsh

I am a Welsh patriot, which is quite different from being a Welsh nationalist. I am very proud of my country, my people, my language, my history, and my cultural heritage. I am also very proud to be British and to be a part of the rich culture of a diverse and tolerant nation. I do not think Wales should be a self-governing state. I wish more decisions concerning Wales could be made in Wales, but I recognise that we are small and at the end of the day it is much better to try to get on with your big sister than fight her, even if you do not agree with her all the time 😊
