Tell your bank what you want! They buy old houses and sell them for their own costumers sometimes! They will find you a house in a week or so if you work with a big bank!

Remember to not be super picky with your first house! You can trade it in after a few years for a better one and it’s super great to not be approved for very expensive since then you have a cheaper mortgage!
