I Have Social Anxiety
I've always had some form of social anxiety, but it's gotten worse over the years and now its so bad going to the grocery store gives me stress. I wonder if I'll end up with agoraphobia like my mother.

Mine got really bad when I ws in my twenties. I ended up starting on meds that somewhat helped but the main thing was forcing myself in situations where I hd to speak up. It's by no stretch cured and I still find myself overwhelmed. just keep trying

I hope not - but I notice as I get older that I like to go to the grocery store when I know it's less crowded.

@3amwitchinghour hmm tough situation ... but, try. Anxiety can be caused by many things but you owe your life to be more.

@canusernamebemyusername no, I haven't been seen for it.
@3amwitchinghour I have been in your shoes and meds really help me. It's like when I am bad I can get overstimulated by people and freak out. Meds help me control it so I don't.
