I Sometimes Wonder What the Hell Is Wrong With People

Do you believe bullies are only mean because they feel bad about themselves? That's what most experts say, but I've never believed it. It's definitely true of some people, but I think most mean people really do think they're superior to whoever they're picking on. They see their victim as inferior and treat them that way.

I guess some feel bad about it, some to make themselves feel superior and others because they think it makes them look cool/big/clever to other people. Many don't bully without an audience to see it.

I agree...some do feel bad about themselves so they get some gratification from bullying but yes mostly I think it's because they really think they are that special

I agree too and I have been a witness to workplace bullying . But I believe too that what goes around comes around
