Suggestion:Take a few deep breaths. Write down what you need to get done and focus on those things. When you get home you can let it all out however you need to.

@BrattyMel I'm so sorry. I know it won't help right in the moment, but do you have a counselor or anything? To work on coping mechanisms? I've always found medication helps, but is not a cure-all. :(
I'm really hoping you can get through the day. I know everything feels really doomy in those moments, but remind yourself of where you are and that nothing immediately bad can happen. 💙 Maybe treat yourself to something nice on your lunch break. 💙 I realize how feeble these words are in comparison to an anxiety or panic attack, but you can make it through the day. And if you need to cry, do. 💙
