Suggestion:Take a few deep breaths. Write down what you need to get done and focus on those things. When you get home you can let it all out however you need to.

@BrattyMel I'm so sorry. I know it won't help right in the moment, but do you have a counselor or anything? To work on coping mechanisms? I've always found medication helps, but is not a cure-all.
I'm really hoping you can get through the day. I know everything feels really doomy in those moments, but remind yourself of where you are and that nothing immediately bad can happen.
Maybe treat yourself to something nice on your lunch break.
I realize how feeble these words are in comparison to an anxiety or panic attack, but you can make it through the day. And if you need to cry, do.
