I Love Working Out

So today I was back on track with my workout (with a sigh of relief.) Yesterday I was panting like some middle aged person (which I am) and thinking when will it be over and today...I hopped off feeling good again...*note to self* DON'T get sick and cause you to miss 4 days of exercise lol.

It doesn't take long to lose your edge but it also doesn't take long to get it back. 4 days? That was a little fast though.

Especially since I work out 6 days a week, maybe it is fast...but Tuesday I fighting thoughts of "I have lost the edge."

Having a workout partner can be motivational. Solitary workouts although most commonplace are boring.

This is true. I workout alone always and have to break it up with new stuff or I start to get unmotivated. :)
