I Love Working Out

There is nothing like a good workout to make you feel better! This has been a long week mentally and my workout increased my energy and cleared out the mind. It's amazing how 30 minutes to an hour can improve your overall self.
I recommend a complex B. I found my endurance better as I have been taking it twice a day. Though at night I think it's keeping me awake so might have to move it midday.
My previous knee issue seems to have righted! I walked and did the rest of my weights with no issues at all.
I needed that!:D

That's great❣🙂 I use to walk for miles to get my exercise in, but since I broke my ankle on both sides, I can't walk like that anymore.😞 It's full of metal now. I can ride my bicycle and can't wait for better weather.🚴🏼🌤 I need to get a stationary bike. I DO feel so much better with a good workout.
