I Love Working Out

There is nothing like a good workout to make you feel better! This has been a long week mentally and my workout increased my energy and cleared out the mind. It's amazing how 30 minutes to an hour can improve your overall self.
I recommend a complex B. I found my endurance better as I have been taking it twice a day. Though at night I think it's keeping me awake so might have to move it midday.
My previous knee issue seems to have righted! I walked and did the rest of my weights with no issues at all.
I needed that!:D

The great thing about workouts is they put you fully in the zone if you give yourself to them: mind, body, and soul can be invested in the moment to bring new clarity and focus to your day or night. For me, I always feel better after exercise than I did before--even if I'm sick. Keep up the good work :-)

Thanks!:) I think a 100 years ago people acted better because they were to tired to sin after 12 hours of manual labor lol

@ravenwind43: I believe it. After all that physical exertion, the last thing they had the time, energy, or inclination to do was sin or even create al the drama people have right at their fingertips today lol.
