I Love Working Out

There is nothing like a good workout to make you feel better! This has been a long week mentally and my workout increased my energy and cleared out the mind. It's amazing how 30 minutes to an hour can improve your overall self.
I recommend a complex B. I found my endurance better as I have been taking it twice a day. Though at night I think it's keeping me awake so might have to move it midday.
My previous knee issue seems to have righted! I walked and did the rest of my weights with no issues at all.
I needed that!:D

Great!
I used to take B complex long ago and I forgot how much better I feel on it. Vita C of course, and I use different spices such as Tumeric and Ginger.

@ravenwind43: me too. i take Tumeric along with magnesium and this stuff called B3Live. it is algae based. i just went to the dr and my tests came out perfect. she was shocked

I just got back to working out, coming back on a year in April. My blood work this past fall shows a 12 point drop in cholesterol and I've shaved 10 points off my bottom BP number. They were only borderline before so moving them further away from trouble:)

@ravenwind43: theydidn't check my cholesterol but my blood sugar was at 66. bottom range was 65. my blood pressure was high but i do take meds for that. i am taking HIIT tonight and then yoga. i battle my weight now due to hormones😩

@akindheart: Tumeric is supposed to work wonders. I know natural supplements are a big plus.
