I Love Working Out

I love getting healthy. But part of making changes does scare me off as well. I fill like part of me felt kind of depression in a weird way. It was a sunny day and i wanted to be outside like in the park and enjoy the sun. But i had to go workout and in my way there i saw people out having fun by a restaurant place. And its hard that i have to give up good food. Even watching people leave the gym and thinking that there having fun and im stuck here.
But I'm not trying to think like that its like i dont really have time for anything that i wanna do. My schedule is kind off. I workout so late and when i get home i got to go to bed. But I'm happy with my results and going to try to be motivated everyday.
