Made it very easy to avoid most human interaction

Destroyed privacy.

Imho, it has caused people to be more sedentary, and it's caused a serious lack of face to face social interaction.
However, it's also allowed global commerce, and contact with people we may have never met otherwise.

It’s probably made first dates last dates. Seen couples absolutely not engaged in each other, preferring to bury the awkwardness of the situation ina pixelated screen.

It made people more lazy, yet made their lives more complicated.

It has made possible the destruction of the earth's enviroment

Weapons of war. But by and large technology has been making most things better.
