I Want To Share 9 Truths And A Lie

No Robin, once when I was a teenager working at a restaurant everyone from there went canoeing. There was a lot of crazy dumping of each other's canoes. At the end a bunch of us were waiting and dumping everyone that didn't get dumped. When we were still in the water at the end a guy I dumped came running at me with a knife in his hand. I didn't see it my back was to him but about the same time he slammed into me a couple of friends got him, and grabbed his knife.
The other time my ex-wife called me, some scumbag she was going out with was hitting her. I went over there he grabbed a big kitchen knife. I saw a pair of pants wrapped it around my hand and arm. He saw I wasn't backing off he ran out the back door.

Are we allowed to have more than one guess?

That's scary Dave, those attacks. I'm glad your friends were there. And that the other one ran away before hitting you. That's really scary.

They did turn out okay, Diyanne, the way I see it once you've survived it ok, it's not a big deal. But it is kind of crazy that it happened twice.
